Ahmed graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2010 having studied BSc Government and Economics. He has spent over half his life tutoring, starting when he was 15, and he continues to tutor to the present day, specialising in A-Level Economics. In 2019, he worked as an A-Level Economics teacher at a leading school in North London. He is passionate about education and the positive psychological impact an exceptional tutor can have – drawing upon his own experiences he has seen how effective tuition can transform an individual’s outlook, performance and self-confidence. Aside from co-founding and managing Expert Tuition, Ahmed is a Trustee at Kijana Kwanza, a youth organisation in Moshi, Tanzania that promotes education, employment and enterprise skills amongst young people.
Sama graduated with a BA in History from Goldsmiths, University of London, in 2011. Upon graduation, she has worked in various industries, including Finance, Retail and E-Commerce. Sama joined Expert Tuition in 2015 and has played a vital role in the organisation’s growth, getting her hands on all facets of the business. In 2017, Sama was appointed Operations Manager at Expert Tuition. She oversees the company’s day-to-day operation and is heavily involved in strategic planning. Outside of Expert Tuition, Sama is also passionate about fashion and is a personal stylist.
